How your data is stored
Encryption at rest — AES-256
Every record, document, and file is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies.
Encryption in transit — TLS 1.3
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted with TLS 1.3. No exceptions, no fallbacks.
US-hosted on AWS
All infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. No offshore data processing or storage.
Automated backups
Daily encrypted backups with point-in-time recovery. Your records are protected against data loss.
Who can access your data
Only you
Your maintenance records are private by default. No one — not other users, not our team, not third parties — can access your data unless you explicitly share it. Authentication is handled by Clerk with industry-standard JWT verification.
No third-party access
We do not sell, license, or provide access to your data to any third party. Your records stay between you and anyone you choose to share them with — a mechanic, a buyer, an insurance company.

Download your complete maintenance history as CSV, PDF, or JSON at any time. No lock-in, no export fees, no waiting period.
🗑 Delete anytime
Request full deletion of your account and all associated data. We'll remove everything from our systems, including backups, within 30 days.
What we will never do
- Sell your data to anyone, for any reason
- Share your records with third parties without your explicit consent
- Use your data to train AI or machine learning models
- Display ads or use your data for advertising purposes
- Hold your data hostage if you cancel your subscription
